Point Pelee National Park is one of Canada's smallest protected spaces but it contains one of the largest coastasl wetlands on the Great Lakes. This is a place where land and water meet. This dual habitat holds the greatest diversity of wildlife in the park. The park is a UNESCO designated "Wetland of International Significance". Point Pelee National Park, Essex County in southwestern Ontario, Canada where it extends into Lake Erie.
